Service Description
All existing homes require maintenance and repair. The purpose of our visit is to give the buyer a qualitative feedback on the major home entities: such as foundation. This visit is especially useful if you are planning a significant addition or extension to the house. This is by no means an insprection, but a general contractor viewpoint on the house under consideration.
